Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This is the personal website and live‑demo hub of Vishal Sharma. It is designed to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what is collected, why, and how it is handled.

What is collected

  • Contact & inquiry forms: the name, email, and message you submit, so your request can be answered.
  • Demo access: the email address used to sign in to gated demos and to receive one‑time passcodes (OTP).
  • Demo content: files, text, or datasets you upload to a demo. This is processed in memory to produce a result and is not stored — it expires automatically (typically within an hour) and is lost on restart.
  • Cookies: strictly functional cookies for admin/demo sessions and to record acceptance of the demo disclaimer. No advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies are used.

How it is used

  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • To authenticate access to gated demos.
  • To operate the demos you choose to run.

Third parties

To generate responses, demo content may be sent to the configured large‑language‑model provider (for example Google Gemini) for processing. Outbound email (one‑time passcodes, notifications) is sent via an email provider. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond. Demo uploads are not persisted. Session cookies expire automatically.

Your choices

You can request access to, or deletion of, any information you have sent by emailing [email protected].

Demos are for testing

Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or real personal data to the demos. See the Terms & Disclaimer and Security page for details.
